3. Collection Method
Personal information is collected through the application form submitted via the official event website.

4. Retention and Use Period
Personal information will be destroyed immediately after the purpose of collection and use is fulfilled.
- Purpose of use: Participant management and notifications
- Retention period: Until 1 year after the event ends

5. Your Rights
You have the right to refuse consent to the collection of personal information.
However, please note that refusal will make it impossible to register for the 2025 Global Mobility Conference.
